Fogal und die Kundenberatung
Da fällt mir etwas ein:
Es ist lange her, aber ich hab's noch
Ich hatte mal auf der Fogal-Homepage ein Feebackformular ausgefüllt und gefragt, ob sie nicht auch Strumpfhosen in Herrengrössen anbieten wollen. Ich hatte natürlich meine mail-addy angeben und sogar eine Antwort bekommen :

Fogal is very pleased to learn that more and more men are interested in
our exclusive pantyhose and, of course, we are trying our very best to satisfy all possible requiremens.
As to larger sizes, Fogal offers different kind of pantyhose in various
large sizes (for instance, our very comfortable pantyhose 164 MAKE UP is
available in 19 colours and 6 sizes, namely: S, M, MX, L, LX, and LXX or our stretch pantyhose 222 ANTIBES is available in 7 colors, and 7 sizes,
namely: S, M, MX, L, LX, LXX, and LX3) but most of our pantyhose feature
up to four sizes, namely S, M, MX and L, mainly due to our customers'
requirements.
The product management is very interested in customers' comments in
order to serve their respective needs in a more tailored, and ultimately, efficent manner. On the other hand, as you certainly will understand, it is somewhat difficult to satisfy all various tastes and requirements, and based on them to create products which will be appreciated equally by everyone.
But if there are some special pantyhose that you and your male colleagues are particularly interested in seeing offered in larger sizes, I will be happy to raise the specific question within the product management and we certainly will take the time to discuss this important issue as we care about our customers.

War nicht schlecht, oder ?
Hörte sich doch eigentlich ganz tolerant an .
Allerdings bekam ich einige Zeit später von Fogal mal eine ganz unfreundliche Mail (die ich jetzt hier nicht im o-ton reinstelle) weil ich sie auf unsere Homepage verlinkt hätte und Bilder drauf gestellt, die ihnen gehörten. Na ja ich hab's rausgenommen, dann war die Welt wieder in Ordnung.
